Yes, you need a Spacebring account to book and pay for your sessions.

You only need to create it once. It will then let you easily find your reservations, passes, memberships invoices.

After making your first reservation, download the Tapkey app to your phone. It will serve as your digital key to unlock the doors at Tchalo for the duration of your session—it’s very simple and free. We’ll send you a link to the app in your confirmation email.

IMPORTANT: You must use the same email address as the one associated with your Spacebring account so that your access is correctly linked to your reservation.

Your digital key will appear in the app about 5 minutes before your reservation starts and when you are within 10 meters of the door. 

It remains active for the entire duration of your session, then automatically turns off at the end of the reserved time slot.

First, make sure your reservation starts in less than 5 minutes, that you're using the correct email address, and that Bluetooth is turned on on your phone.

You can also close the Tapkey app completely and then reopen it. If you still can't access it, please contact us so we can help you. You'll find a phone number in your confirmation email.

The options for changing or canceling your reservation depend on the package you booked and how much time is left before the session begins. Generally speaking, it’s not a problem as long as you don’t wait until the last minute.

Yes, as long as the spot is still available after your time slot.

Simply purchase additional time on Spacebring before the end of your session to extend your access.

Yes. Your Tapkey key remains active for the entire duration of your reservation.

So you can go out for lunch, run an errand, or get some fresh air, and then come back before the end of your time slot.

You can arrive at any time during your time slot, but your reservation will end at the originally scheduled time.

Time not used at the beginning of the session is not carried over.

Yes, you can bring your own lunch and eat here. There is a refrigerator and a microwave available in the café area.

Here, you'll also find our recommendations for pick-up orders; you can also have your order delivered or go to the Migros Closelet, which is a 5-minute walk away.

So you can easily plan to spend your whole day at Tchalo without having to head out at noon (or even go very far).

Of course. There are two phone booths available so you can make calls or participate in a video conference without disturbing others.

For longer or more confidential discussions, you can also reserve the meeting room.

Yes. When you arrive, you can sit in whichever available seat suits you best. However, you’ve more or less chosen a spot when you made your reservation, so if it’s crowded, try to stick to it 🙂

Tchalo is currently open Monday through Friday. À la carte reservations can be made from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Members with a Membership access the facility from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The reservation includes fiber-optic Wi-Fi, the Samsung Flip Pro interactive display, and drinks for everyone in attendance.
