General terms and conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") govern access to and use of Tchalo Work Lounge, a hybrid workspace combining café, coworking space and lounge.
They apply to all services offered: access to the space, workstations, booths, meeting rooms, memberships and associated services.

By using Tchalo, the customer accepts these GTC.

Tchalo is an autonomous place: no reception is provided and access is via the Tapkey application.

Opening hours :

• Monday to Friday

• A la carte access: 09:00-17:00

• Subscribers: 08:30-17:30

Reservations are required for all access, even for discovery or à la carte passes.

The customer agrees to :

• Respect the tranquility of the site

• Use spaces respectfully

• Do not invite outsiders without prior agreement

• Leave the premises on time

Tchalo reserves the right to refuse access in the event of inappropriate behavior or non-compliance with the GTC.

Tchalo operates on a no-obligation basis.
Services are paid for at the time of booking.

Booked time cannot be transferred or split.
Bookings are non-refundable, except in the case of an obvious billing error.

In the event of late arrival, the reservation period remains unchanged.

Tchalo memberships offer flexible access within the number of days or hours planned.

• Renewal: monthly, no commitment.

• Cancellation: at any time before the next billing period.

• The number of days/hours included cannot be accumulated from one month to the next.

In the event of non-payment, access is automatically suspended.

The meeting room comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and includes:
a Samsung Flip Pro 55″ screen, flip chart and markers, high-performance wifi and drinks included.

• Rates: 35.00/hour

• Reservations required

• Cancellations possible up to 12 hours in advance. After this time, the service is due.

The customer must leave the room clean and tidy. Any damage may be billed.

To preserve the working atmosphere:

• Please speak in a soft voice

• Depending on the number of calls, the booths can be used for

• Spaces must be kept clean

• The use of noisy, dangerous or inappropriate equipment is prohibited.

• Respect between users is essential

Tchalo reserves the right to exclude anyone who does not comply with these rules.

Organic hot beverages (coffee, tea) are included.

Equipment provided :

• Printer (B/W free for reasonable use, color for a fee via Ezeep)

• Call boxes

• Interactive screen (meeting room)

• Microwave and fridge (personal use only)

Any misuse or damage will be billed.

Access is via smartphone, using the Tapkey application to be downloaded before the first visit. Register with the Tchalo reservation email address.
Customers are responsible for their own device and for the confidentiality of their access.

In the event of theft or loss of your phone: report it immediately to Tchalo.

Personal belongings are the responsibility of the customer.
Tchalo accepts no responsibility for theft or damage.

 Tchalo makes every effort to provide a pleasant and functional environment, but cannot guarantee :

• No wifi interruption

• The total absence of noise (which is not necessarily desired)

• Permanent availability of equipment

• No flight in open space

Tchalo cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the site.

Data processing is carried out in accordance with the nLPD (Switzerland).

The data is used for :

• reservation management

• invoicing

• access security

• essential communication

No data is sold or passed on to third parties without consent.

No refunds will be made for unused services.

The current version is the one published on the website.

Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes.

These GTC are governed by Swiss law.
