Yes, but it's not set in stone. Tchalo is a lively, respectful place: we talk, we laugh sometimes, we make calls...but always in a gentle, caring atmosphere, where everyone finds their own space.

The sound of keyboards, a few hushed conversations, the smell of coffee - that's what we like to call here, the quiet sound of a job well done.

Access is 100% digital via your smartphone. After making your reservation and before your first visit to Tchalo, simply download the Tapkey app using the email address you used to make your reservation at Tchalo, and you will then be able to open the door to Tchalo with your phone.

In short: Download the app, log in with your reservation email address, and open the door from your smartphone. Simple, smooth, secure.

Yes, we welcome you on site on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 09:00 to 12:00. You can come and ask us any questions you may have, get to know the place or simply have a coffee before settling in. The rest of the time, the space operates autonomously: you book online, you get your key, and you come. We're here, but not 24/7.

As long as he doesn't disturb others and you remain attentive to his well-being (and to the cleanliness of the place), it's perfect, you can come with your dog.

No. We do not have private parking. However, several public parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.

We recommend that you use soft mobility to get to us. We're an 8-minute walk from the train station, 6 minutes from the M2 Grancy and Délices metro stops, and 5 minutes from the Croix d'Ouchy (line 2) and Montchoisi (lines 8 and 21) bus stops.

Not at all. memberships are non-binding: you can cancel at any time before your next monthly payment date.
